Reflections on "the LunchBox"

Reflections on The Lunchbox Yesterday I saw the movie "The Lunch Box", it's set in India, and it's about a housewife who prepares a lunch box everyday and has it sent to her husband so that he can eat a home cooked lunch. But the lunchbox ends up being delivered to the wrong man and a friendship develops between her and the older man that receives the lunchbox. The old man named Sajaan is a widow, who's been doing accounting at a company for 35 years and is about to retire. He is a lonely person who keeps to himself and is very serious and reserved. It made me think about the lonely people I've met and how important small interactions with people are, the daily interactions we have everyday but don't give much thought to. I also thought about how we close ourselves off, how we miss so many opportunities to interact and create with people and how that can lead to loneliness. I've been doing it a lot lately.
